Diagnose before pixels
I find out what people are actually trying to do, and where they get stuck, before a single screen changes.

Empty, loading, error, offline. Each one gets a screen and a way forward, decided before anything is built.

Components, tokens and specs engineers can build without guessing. New patterns only when the work earns them.
Six years in the dense end of software.
I’m Talha. I design the software teams run their work on: quoting, scheduling, compliance reviews, incident handling, the records an audit depends on. Most recently that’s been an operations suite at NGFT, in aviation, a regulated industry where a missed field has real consequences.
I work across research, product decisions and the design system, and I prototype in code so engineers see the real behaviour, not a picture of it.
